课程内容简介：工程活动是现代社会的存在和发展基础，在工程活动中存在许多哲学命题和哲学问题。哲学需要面向工程，工程需要哲学。工程哲学兴起于21世纪初，我国在该领域处于世界领先地位。本课程将追踪工程哲学的前沿研究，讨论如下基本观点：工程哲学是沟通工程和哲学的桥梁；科学、技术与工程的“三元论”是工程哲学的基本出发点；工程的来源及工程的特殊功能；工程思维的特殊性；工程观；工程方法；工程与安全文化等。本课程前半段以授课为主；后半段以讨论为主。所有选课学生分组、分专题参与讨论。
Course Description: Engineering activities is the foundation of the existence and development of modern society. There are many philosophical propositions and philosophical problems in engineering activities. Philosophy needs to be oriented to engineering, and engineering requires philosophy. The philosophy of engineering emerged in the early 21st century, and China is a world leader in this field. This course will track the frontier research of the philosophy of engineering and discuss the following basic ideas: engineering philosophy is the bridge between engineering and philosophy; the triadic theory of science, technology and engineering is the basic starting point of the philosophy of engineering; the source of engineering and the special functions of engineering; the particularity of engineering thinking; engineering concept; engineering method; engineering and safety culture. The first half of the course is mainly about teaching and the second half is about discussion, in which students are divided into groups and participate in.

厘清科学、技术与工程的差别，为理工科学生树立正确的工程观，结合工程案例，探究工程思维、工程方法和工程文化问题。
