课程内容简介：通过研读原始文本，使学生初步了解“数”在中国古代文化中的意义，数学著作的写作形式、结构与相关术语，认识中算的算法化和模型化特征，以及处理几何问题的特殊方式，并对开方、高次方程、盈不足术、勾股术、重差术、招差术、“方程”术、大衍求一术等经典术文及例题进行释读和演草。
Course Description: Based on reading original texts, this course guides students to preliminarily cognize the significance of the “Number” in culture, to understand the form, construction, and relevant terminology in ancient Chinese mathematical classics, to acquaint its modeling and algorithmic characters, as well as its specific way of dealing with geometric problems. To learn by punctuating, reading, calculating, especially for some selected texts with important methods.
